SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES:
All product delivery times are shown on each product under the heading. These delivery times are estimated by the information provided to us by our suppliers and are for guidance only. Your order will be monitored and updated. You can monitor its progress through the My Account area of the website. Should there be any unforeseen delays with your order you will be contacted in advance by a member of our Customer Care team.
Understanding Your Order Stages:
Processed:
Your order has now been processed.
Please note: Your order will remain in Processed until it ships from Italy or Denmark and arrives at our Cork warehouse.
Please refer to the estimated delivery times shown on each product.
Ready to Dispatch:
Your order has now arrived in our Cork warehouse and is being prepared for delivery.
It will generally be dispatched within two working days.
Shipped:
Your order has now been dispatched from our Cork warehouse and updated with the local UPS tracking information.
The tracking number will now be available to view on your Order Page
Complete:
Your order has been delivered and is now complete.
DELIVERY:
Décor delivers via our chosen delivery partners UPS. This is a tracked delivery service, orders are delivered Monday to Friday and generally take 1-3 working days to reach you once dispatched from our warehouse. All orders have a standard delivery charge of €6.50 excluding VAT.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - (BUSINESS TO CONSUMER):
Change of mind returns: All items to be returned must be in fully resalable condition in their original packaging.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
To make a return please complete and submit the Returns Form found at the footer of the website. Once this has been received and confirmed you will be emailed a Sales Return Number (SRTN) this will include details of how the item should be packed
Please return your order completing all necessary details requested on the returns form. You will need to cover the costs of return postage. For your own reassurance we advise you to obtain proof of postage. Goods being returned must be received to our Distribution within 14 days of the return request. We will normally refund within 14 days of receipt to our Distribution Centre. If the item has not been returned in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Faulty or damaged goods: Décor makes every effort to select and sell products of the highest quality and to deliver them to you in perfect condition. We recommend that you check your order as soon as it is delivered as this helps to avoid any doubt for items damaged in transit. If your item does prove to be faulty or damaged you have 14 days in which to alert us. Please do so by contacting our Customer Care team either by email on customercare@decoronline.ie. or call us on 021 475 7777, The team will discuss options with you which may include exchanging the item.
Cancelling your order: You may cancel an order at any point prior to delivery. If we have not already dispatched the order you will be refunded in full within 14 days of the cancellation request. If, however, we have already dispatched the order you will not be refunded until the goods have been returned to our Distribution Centre in a fully saleable condition.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS - FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (BUSINESS TO BUSINESS):
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if received within 7 days of the date of order. This must be received by email to: customercare@decoronline.ie. Once the cancellation has been approved you will receive a credit note.
SERVICE IN CASE OF COMPLAINT
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, please contact our Customer Services team in the first instance, at customercare@decoronline.ie along with your order number and the nature of your complaint. Our Customer Services team will investigate the issue and agree with you the best course of action which may include:>
- Rectifying any defects
- Delivering any missing items
- Exchanging faulty products
- Returning goods against a store credit.
